Spondon's Village Rejuvenation Team are continuing to work through the hundreds of responses they received to the recent survey about Spondon village centre.
Here's their latest update on the project:
"Our thanks to all those who took part in our online survey about Spondon. The 5 winners of £10 shopping vouchers have been notified and we are now busy analysing the results with an intention of presenting them at the next Neighbourhood Forum, provisionally planned for 1st July.
We have already validated the responses, in the sense that they seem to be a good representation of Spondon in terms of age range and geographical spread (compared to the 2011 census).
A gratifyingly large number of the respondents indicated that they were willing to be contacted for any follow-up investigations that we might want to carry out and many also asked to be kept informed of activities in Spondon via the free monthly e-newsletter."
