Volunteer for Community Speedwatch

Would you like to become a volunteer for Community Speedwatch around Spondon, Chaddesden, Derwent or Oakwood?

Community Speed Watch is where volunteers from the local community work alongside local police officers and police community support officers to use the radar speed detection gun. Anyone caught speeding by the watch will receive a written warning from the police, rather than a prosecution.

You can help to make a positive difference to your local community by helping to make your local roads safer.

If you are interested in getting involved in the scheme, call your local Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101 or visit www.derbyshire.police.uk/Contact-Us.
