'Don’t Blame The Dog' dog fouling campaign launches

Spondon is a beautiful village but unfortunately there are some irresponsible dog owners who fail to clean up after their pets.

A new campaign from Spondon Neighbourhood Board is aimed at catching and reporting these owners to stop further dog fouling.

The campaign involves targeting the hot spot areas and completing questionnaires with residents and informing them how they can report dog owners anonymously. The Board will be stencil spraying target areas, giving out information sheets and walkabouts in green areas.

The campaign involves Enforcement Officer, Parks, Streetpride, Spondon Neighbourhood Board and Neighbourhood Officers. Free dog bags will be available
